Kerry started as a Mortgage Adviser over 30 years ago when the industry was still in its infancy. He has been through many market cycles and has helped thousands of clients navigate their home loan journey throughout his career.
Although Kerry is no longer operating as a Financial Adviser to clients, he is putting his experience and wealth of knowledge to use by mentoring and managing the Kiwi Mortgages team.

Mark Miller

Mark became a mortgage adviser 12 years ago after receiving poor service from a bank. Knowing that people deserve better, Mark has taken pride in delivering his clients the best possible outcomes.
Specialising in supporting First Home Buyers achieve their ownership dream, Mark also enjoys working with Investors, and Specialist Development Finance.

Nick Alcock

Nick has been a Financial Adviser for over 15 years, and worked in banking for a number of years prior to this. In 2011, he founded The Lending Department Ltd, a Mortgage and Insurance brokerage, based in Auckland. Since its inception, Nick has assisted hundreds of clients reach their financial goals. Â
In 2025, Nick Alcock and The Lending Department merged with Kiwi Mortgages to ensure that Kiwi Mortgages clients continue to receive the exceptional service as Rakesh and Era step into retirement.  Â

Edgar Mahon

Edgar has been a Mortgage Adviser with The Lending Department since 2017 and joins Kiwi Mortgages as part of the Kiwi Mortgages/Lending Department merger in 2025.
Since starting his career as a Financial Adviser, Edgar has become one of the most well renowned Advisers in New Zealand. He is regularly recognised as a Top Adviser in the NZ Mortgage Adviser Awards each year, and continues to strengthen his reputation by being client focused, and very hard working.

Hunter Dean

Bryce Heem

Bryce joins Kiwi Mortgages following a very successful career as a professional rugby player.
In a 15-year professional career, Bryce played in New Zealand, England and France and on the international stage for the All Blacks Sevens, collecting a silver medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Since becoming qualified as a Financial Adviser, Bryce has been working alongside Edgar and Nick prior to his retirement from professional sports. He comes with a strong work ethic and unique perspective on finances, having been involved in multiple property investments from a young age.
